Ivan is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization, Entrepreneurs Organization, and the National Multi-Housing Council. Ivan serves on the Executive Board of the Indiana Apartment Association and is a member of The Penrod Society, a not-for-profit arts organization.
He enjoys public speaking and has been on countless podcasts discussing real estate, entrepreneurship, and personal growth. Ivan lives in Carmel, IN with his wife and three children.

Since 2015, Adam has led the BAM Companies to become an operations-focused firm that delivers proven performance through calculated risk management, forward-thinking strategy, and maximized returns. Prior to partnering with Ivan Barratt, Adam worked as a multifamily investment broker for Cushman & Wakefield.
An active member of his community, Adam currently serves on the Board of the Indianapolis Legatus Chapter, and is the Chair of St. John's "Preserving our Heritage, Inspiring Hope" Capital Campaign. He formerly served on the Board of the San Damiano Scholarship Program (Marian University), and the SON Foundation.

Emilee brings 12 years of business expertise in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources & Operations, a variety of experience that has given her a holistic perspective of our organization. She currently retains oversight of these departments at BAM and has been involved in the execution of both acquisitions and disposition transactions totaling over $500M.
Emilee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from USI and an MBA from Butler University. Prior to joining The BAM Companies in 2015, Emilee worked in banking and commercial real estate.

Prior to joining The BAM Companies, Tony worked at Friedman Real Estate and Lutz Real Estate Investments where he was responsible for acquiring multifamily and commercial real estate nationwide, as well as post-closing execution. Other experience includes several years with Prudential Real Estate Investors working in acquisitions, asset management, and joint venture development.
Tony received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance from Hillsdale College and an MBA from Wayne State University. In his spare time, Tony enjoys exercising, golfing, and spending time with his family.

In his CFO roles, Kyle has provided expertise ranging from budgeting/forecasting, risk management, investor relations, raising capital, KPI development & reporting, price modeling, and more. He has significant experience in staff development and operations and has helped design and implement several incentive compensation plans.
Kyle’s industry experience includes real estate development, hospitality, vineyard/winery, digital marketing agencies, data analytics consulting & staffing, mining consulting & staffing, SaaS, brokerage services, safety manufacturers, & private equity funds.

Jacquie grew up in a family of entrepreneurs with backgrounds in construction, real estate, property management, and healthcare. That was a catalyst for her to start her own company while in college. She worked with entrepreneurs to exponentially grow their revenues and profits by systematizing their growth. In 1988, she entered the investment industry and over her career has worked for companies including Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo, Household International (HSBC), and Neuberger Berman. Jacquie has served as adjunct faculty in the investment industry since 1998 and participated and led a number of complex M&A deals in highly regulated sectors.
Jacquie is an investor, advisor, and Corporate Director. She is the recipient of several honors and awards, has been published in a variety of media, speaks at conferences and symposiums including a panel for the United Nations Foundation, and continues to teach in Executive Education programs.
Jacquie has devoted time, talent, and treasure to causes she cares deeply about and has co-founded a number of charitable organizations. In 2010 she was recruited by Korn Ferry International to be the Global CEO of Starlight Children’s Foundation with chapters and affiliates providing funding for programs that improve health outcomes for nearly 2,000 hospitals and clinics around the world.
Jacquie currently focuses on a select portfolio of companies sharing her experience in building people and performance worldwide. Her passion and areas of expertise include executive coaching, angel investing, hypergrowth, people & culture, industry disruption & innovation, risk & compliance, and mergers & acquisitions. Jacquie’s work in the field of impact investing, a $500 billion industry that unleashes the power of capital for good, allows her to intersect her careers in profit and purpose.
Jacquie holds a bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley in political science with an emphasis in international political economy and later earned an MBA in global management and a doctorate in organizational leadership focusing on epistemology, organizational psychology, and management. Jacquie is an active member of YPO.

Greg has experience in all aspects of real estate including purchase and sale agreement preparation and negotiation, legal due diligence, leasing and financing. He has served as counsel for the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and commercial assets with a collective transactional value in excess of $250M.
Greg received his bachelor’s degree from Depauw University and his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. He is an active member in The Penrod Society, a not-for- profit arts organization, and the Real Estate and Business Sections of the Indianapolis Bar Association. When away from the office, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife, Erika, and his two sons, Dominic and Theo.

Prior to joining BAM Capital, Katherine served as the Executive VP of Investor Relations for a west coast multifamily syndicator where she was responsible for a team of 10 professionals servicing over 3,000 limited partners and $1.5 billion in AUM. Katherine has also been directly involved in raising over $600 million in equity across multiple products and investor groups. With a strong background in private equity and real estate investments, she brings a unique approach to her role by working closely with all departments to attain maximum investor satisfaction and trust.
She holds an MBA with a specialization in Real Estate from University of California Irvine and a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University. In her free time, Katherine enjoys spending time with her husband and two small children at the beach or a park, hosting get-togethers with friends, and yoga classes.

During the past five years, Ben has raised over $350 million in private equity and debt for multifamily projects throughout the Midwest. Before Ben’s pivot into private equity, he was the North American Director of Sales for one of the largest producers of glass and glass products in the world, with responsibility for $500 million in sales. Ben has a BSBA Degree in Finance from The University of Louisville. He has also studied Commercial Leadership at Greenbank, Key Account Management with HEC Paris, and passed FINRA’s SIE, 22, and 63.
Ben currently resides in Springboro, Ohio with his wife and three children. In his free time, you will find him volunteering as a scholarship mentor, coaching his children’s swim team, and spending time on the water with friends and family.

Skilled in executing equity finance strategies, Andrew strives to be open and transparent at every step by educating investors and providing them with strategic consultation.
Andrew has taken on a handful of roles in business development throughout the US and Latin America. After a two-year service mission in Colombia, he worked in Paraguay consulting nearly 100 small and medium business entrepreneurs with corporate real estate investments, feasibility analyses, clientele acquisition, and foreign investments. These pillars remain the focus of his work to this day.
Upon graduating from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Global Business and Latin-American Studies, Andrew worked for Cushman & Wakefield Mexico where he authored several reports on market research and capital markets.
As an active member in his community, he has served as a youth mentor in his church for the past decade. In his free time, Andrew loves to be with his wife and two daughters.

Before joining BAM Capital, Alessandra acted as Investor Relations Manager for a west coast multifamily syndicator. In this role, she played an instrumental part in the closing of more than $300 million in equity and ensured that investors received thorough and timely communication. Prior to this, she worked in property management, where she assisted in managing a senior housing asset and worked closely with residents and their families. She has also worked in the corporate legal field as a paralegal focusing in Mergers and Acquisitions.
Alessandra is a graduate of the University of San Diego, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a minor in Conflict Resolution. She also earned a Paralegal Certificate in General Litigation from the same institution. During her free time, Alessandra enjoys spending quality time with her husband and young son.

Open and honest, Colton strives to provide the support and technical knowledge necessary for our partners to make the right decisions.
Colton has worn many hats over the years, including helping military members with their student loans and mortgages and working as a relationship manager. Additionally, he has experience in back-office financial roles as a treasury analyst and a fund analyst for a private equity department. Through these roles, Colton has gained analytical abilities and the understanding that serving partners is paramount for success.
Colton received his Bachelors of Science at Indiana University, where he majored in Business Administration with two minors in Public Policy and Marketing.
When not working with partners, Colton loves listening to music, watching Florida State football, and spending time with his fiancée at nearby lakes.

In 2017, she served as an Executive Director of iCollaborate: Making the Rights Real for PWDs where she was able to highlight her leadership and organizational skills. In 2018, her thesis, "Environment Codification Genesis: The Political Climate in Cebu City" made it to the 2018 Philippine Political Science Association's International Conference on Multilevel Governance in the 21st Century. Her burning passion for kids and teaching led her to a fruitful internship at World Vision Philippines in 2016.
Her skills and interests include organizing, hosting, singing, and dancing.

Before joining the team, she was a Customer Support Representative at a telecommunications company and Publishing Consultant. Margarette also ventured into the travel industry as a Travel Agent for three years. She loves the ocean and often goes snorkeling in her free time. She believes there isn't a task too difficult to accomplish.

Ryan has been a member of the BAM Fam since 2014. He possesses a diverse background in property and asset management. During the early, formative years of Barratt Asset Management, Ryan oversaw the portfolio of scattered sites and assisted with acquisitions, due diligence, and dispositions.
Ryan’s unique, well-rounded skill set, and experience helps add value to the BAM Companies through identifying key opportunities and efficiencies to help optimize revenue and expenses. This ultimately maximize returns for our investors.
Ryan holds a Bachelor's of Science in Management from Indiana University Bloomington and currently serves as a Co-Chair on the BAM Companies' Philanthropy Committee.

Dan brings 12 years of banking and underwriting experience from a top midwest multifamily lender. There he obtained a MAP certification for FHA mortgages and underwrote multifamily for FHA and bank financing loans.
Prior to joining the BAM Companies, he managed and serviced $1.4 billion in multifamily and senior living loans that ranged from lease-up to stabilized assets.
Dan is a devoted husband and a proud father to a daughter and son. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Sam has a diverse background in property management and joined the BAMFam in 2019 as Property Manager at Oakdale Square Apartments in Bloomington, IN. In late 2020, Sam transferred to Nantucket Cove Apartments, in Champaign, IL, to serve as the Property Manager. During his tenure at Nantucket Cove, Sam was responsible for increasing annual revenue by over 9% in 2021, while the property was also going through a complete renovation.
Sam holds a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification from the National Apartment Association and is able to bring his experience as a Property Manager to his current position. In this role, he helps the properties in the BAM Companies portfolio increase operational efficiency, maximize revenue and achieve their business objectives.
In his free time, Sam enjoys spending time outdoors with his dog, as well as cooking, traveling, and learning about real estate.

After receiving his Bachelor’s of Business from the Kelley School of Business Honors Program at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, he began his career at the BAM Companies in July 2020. During his work experience prior to coming to BAM, he was able to cultivate a variety of experiences in retail, higher education, operations, and team leadership. In May 2023, he graduated with his MBA and holds a SHRM-CP certification as of December 2021.
As Human Resources Manager, Jayce is responsible for the hiring, development, training, compensation, and workplace culture of the BAM Companies's impressive roster of talent. Responsibilities include sourcing individuals to join the BAMFAM, working with employee groups in an effort to implement new policies and procedures, creating meaningful opportunities for teams, and anything else that involves employment. Since joining the company, he has continued to grow and was promoted in May 2023 as the Director of Operations, which now includes oversight of administration and information technology as well.
Jayce is thankful for the opportunity to work with such incredible, motivated, and insightful individuals every day, and is excited for the future that BAM has in store.

Kylee oversees accounts payable, utility accounting, reserve disbursements, and renovation accounting.
She works closely with the BAM Companies' lenders, auditors, and other third-party consultants to support the financial reporting needs of the $450M portfolio of multifamily assets.
Kylee is involved in the preparation of internal company financials and assists with investor accounting and distribution processing.
With over 10 years of onsite property management experience prior to joining the department, Kylee brings invaluable expertise and professionalism to the team.

Ivan is a multifamily owner, fund manager, and syndicator who specializes in large apartment communities in the Midwest. Since 2015, he has raised nearly $700M in equity and acquired well over 5,900 units. He has also grown the BAM Companies to a three-time Inc 5000 Best in Series private equity and management firm. Today, Ivan focuses his time on equity finance, acquisitions, and company strategy.

As the Chief of Staff for The BAM Companies, Emilee is primarily responsible for driving strategic initiatives throughout the organization and overseeing cross-functional groups to ensure teams are regularly working in alignment with The BAM Companies’ mission and vision.
A highly trusted executive, Emilee serves as an extension of The BAM Companies’ CEO & COO, representing their interests to both internal and external stakeholders.

Tony Landa is the Chief Investment Officer at The BAM Companies. He is primarily responsible for overseeing investment activities including acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, and capital raising. With over 25 years of real estate experience, Tony has been directly involved in more than $2.7 billion of real estate transactions which includes approximately 14,000 apartment units and 5.7 million square feet of commercial.
Prior to joining The BAM Companies, Tony worked at Friedman Real Estate and Lutz Real Estate Investments where he was responsible for acquiring multifamily and commercial real estate nationwide, as well as post-closing execution. Kyle Hill is a 20+ year veteran of the financial services industry, with a specific concentration in private equity funds investing in everything from real estate to wineries. Kyle has served as CFO, COO, and Senior Auditor for organizations such as Arthur Andersen, LLP, CSI Capital Management, Inc. and Terroir Capital. He has also served as the CFO for the general partners of Athlon Venture Fund I, Dawson Real Estate Fund, and the Terroir family of Funds.

Greg leads the legal department and provides legal support and advice to all departments within the BAM Companies. Ben Cotton is a 20-year sales veteran that serves as Vice President of Investor Relations for BAM Capital, where he leads all aspects of capital fundraising for the firm. His responsibilities include leading business development efforts and developing strategies to build quality relationships with high-net-worth individuals, financial advisors, and family offices.

Before Ben’s pivot into private equity, he was the North American Director of Sales for one of the largest producers of glass and glass products in the world, with responsibility for $500 million in sales. Ben has a BSBA Degree in Finance from The University of Louisville. He has also studied Commercial Leadership at Greenbank, Key Account Management with HEC Paris, and passed FINRA’s SIE, 22, and 63.
Ben currently resides in Springboro, Ohio with his wife and three children. In his free time, you will find him volunteering as a scholarship mentor, coaching his children’s swim team, and spending time on the water with friends and family.

Andrew Hogan
Director, Investor Relations
As the director for Investor Relations, Andrew works closely with current and future partners.
Skilled in executing equity finance strategies, Andrew strives to be open and transparent at every step by educating investors and providing them with strategic consultation.
Andrew has taken on a handful of roles in business development throughout the US and Latin America. After a two-year service mission in Colombia, he worked in Paraguay consulting nearly 100 small and medium business entrepreneurs with corporate real estate investments, feasibility analyses, clientele acquisition, and foreign investments. These pillars remain the focus of his work to this day.
Upon graduating from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Global Business and Latin-American Studies, Andrew worked for Cushman & Wakefield Mexico where he authored several reports on market research and capital markets.
As an active member in his community, he has served as a youth mentor in his church for the past decade. In his free time, Andrew loves to be with his wife and two daughters.

Alessandra Cortes
Manager, Investor Relations
Alessandra Cortes holds the position of Investor Relations Manager at BAM Capital, where her responsibilities include overseeing the investment process and managing the ongoing needs of BAM Capital's growing group of investors. Alessandra possesses over a decade of relevant experience in real estate, property management, and legal services.
Before joining BAM Capital, Alessandra acted as Investor Relations Manager for a west coast multifamily syndicator. In this role, she played an instrumental part in the closing of more than $300 million in equity and ensured that investors received thorough and timely communication. Prior to this, she worked in property management, where she assisted in managing a senior housing asset and worked closely with residents and their families. She has also worked in the corporate legal field as a paralegal focusing in Mergers and Acquisitions.
Alessandra is a graduate of the University of San Diego, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a minor in Conflict Resolution. She also earned a Paralegal Certificate in General Litigation from the same institution. During her free time, Alessandra enjoys spending quality time with her husband and young son.

Colton Hahn
Specialist, Investor Relations
Colton Hahn is a specialist in the Investor Relations department and works closely with current and future investors.
Colton’s responsibilities include answering questions regarding the company's direction and strategy for our current offerings. Colton strives to provide our investor base with open and transparent communication with a focus on best-in-class customer service.
Colton has worn many hats over the years, including helping military members with their student loans, mortgages, and working as a relationship manager. Additionally, he has experience in back-office financial roles as a treasury analyst and a fund analyst for a private equity accounting team. Through these roles, Colton has gained the analytical abilities necessary to communicate the business plan effectively and the understanding that serving partners is paramount for success.
Colton received his Bachelors of Science at Indiana University, where he majored in Business Administration with minors in Public Policy and Marketing.
When not working with our investors, Colton often finds himself spending time with his wife, watching Florida State football, and catching up on the latest financial news of the day. You may also find him at a local lake kayaking, or simply enjoying the outdoors with his friends and family.

Pia Philina Jayme-Kinaadman
Specialist, Investor Relations
Pia Philina Jayme-Kinaadman works for The BAM Companies as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and has recently assumed a role supporting the Acquisitions Team as Specialist, Investor Relations with BAM Capital. Pia believes that the ultimate secret to thriving in the administrative arena is the willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
In 2017, she served as an Executive Director of iCollaborate: Making the Rights Real for PWDs where she was able to highlight her leadership and organizational skills. In 2018, her thesis, "Environment Codification Genesis: The Political Climate in Cebu City" made it to the 2018 Philippine Political Science Association's International Conference on Multilevel Governance in the 21st Century. Her burning passion for kids and teaching led her to a fruitful internship at World Vision Philippines in 2016.
Her skills and interests include organizing, hosting, singing, and dancing.

Margarette Seno
Associate, Investor Relations
Margarette Seno works as an Investor Relations Associate with BAM Capital.
Before joining the team, she was a Customer Support Representative at a telecommunications company and Publishing Consultant. Margarette also ventured into the travel industry as a Travel Agent for three years. These previous roles gave her valuable communication and attention to detail skills which makes her invaluable to the BAM Capital team.
She loves the ocean and often goes snorkeling in her free time. She believes there isn't a task too difficult to accomplish.

Goldwynn Sy-Quimsiam
Specialist, Investor Relations
Goldwynn is an Investor Experience Specialist who supports BAM Capital’s investment and sales team with administrative functions, data gathering, analysis, and data creation. Goldwynn has built her career as Quality Assurance Analyst handling multiple accounts and projects. Prior to joining BAM Capital, she was a Quality Assurance Analyst for one of the largest cryptocurrency platforms focusing on data analysis and project management. She has authored various quality guidelines and rubrics for different clients that aim to fulfill the highest standards of transactions. Goldwynn believes that we should strive for each and every client’s success. Goldwynn is an avid fan of the NBA and has an immense passion for cars. In her free time, Goldwynn loves to go to the beach and mountain hiking.

Ryan Thie
Director of Asset Management
Ryan Thie’s responsibilities include the oversight and analysis of the BAM Companies portfolio’s performance and assisting in acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
Ryan has been a member of the BAM Fam since 2014. He possesses a diverse background in property and asset management. During the early, formative years of Barratt Asset Management, Ryan oversaw the portfolio of scattered sites and assisted with acquisitions, due diligence, and dispositions.
Ryan’s unique, well-rounded skill set, and experience helps add value to the BAM Companies through identifying key opportunities and efficiencies to help optimize revenue and expenses. This ultimately maximize returns for our investors.
Ryan holds a Bachelor's of Science in Management from Indiana University Bloomington and currently serves as a Co-Chair on the BAM Companies' Philanthropy Committee.

Dan Holdcroft
Acquistions Manager
Dan Holdcroft is responsible for acquiring and underwriting value-add institutional-quality real estate assets for BAM Capital.
Dan brings 12 years of banking and underwriting experience from a top midwest multifamily lender. There he obtained a MAP certification for FHA mortgages and underwrote multifamily for FHA and bank financing loans.
Prior to joining the BAM Companies, he managed and serviced $1.4 billion in multifamily and senior living loans that ranged from lease-up to stabilized assets.
Dan is a devoted husband and a proud father to a daughter and son. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Sam Rhoads
Associate, Asset Management
As Associate, Asset Management, Sam Rhoads is responsible for analyzing the performance of the BAM Companies portfolio including tracking key metrics to ensure the portfolio achieves its objectives.
Sam has a diverse background in property management and joined the BAMFam in 2019 as Property Manager at Oakdale Square Apartments in Bloomington, IN. In late 2020, Sam transferred to Nantucket Cove Apartments, in Champaign, IL, to serve as the Property Manager. During his tenure at Nantucket Cove, Sam was responsible for increasing annual revenue by over 9% in 2021, while the property was also going through a complete renovation.
Sam holds a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification from the National Apartment Association and is able to bring his experience as a Property Manager to his current position. In this role, he helps the properties in the BAM Companies portfolio increase operational efficiency, maximize revenue and achieve their business objectives.
In his free time, Sam enjoys spending time outdoors with his dog, as well as cooking, traveling, and learning about real estate.

Vicki Johnson
Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager, Vicki is responsible for paid advertising, campaign metrics tracking, creative content, organic and paid social media, and website maintenance for BAM Capital.
Vicki has over ten years of experience in marketing and event planning across several industries. She has managed marketing for an arena, historic theater, symphony, and conservation organization.
She has her bachelor’s degree in Arts Management from the College of Charleston in South Carolina. Vicki most recently moved from Georgia to Indiana and enjoys traveling and hiking with her dogs.

Vita Faith Villostubo
Digital Specialist
As the Digital Specialist, Vita is the graphic designer for all campaigns, trade shows, and organic marketing.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts and has gained a diverse skill set from working as a Customer Service Representative for a telecom company, a Language and Development Trainer for a call center, and a Social Media/Marketing Coordinator for a multi-business organization.
Vita has always had a passion for arts and music but got to incorporate that love into her job when she had the opportunity to work alongside other graphic designers and artists. This drive for design and creativity brought her to The BAM Companies where she works on all aspects of branding.
In her free time, Vita enjoys playing the piano, sleeping, or playing The Sims 4.

Logan Dubbs
Social Media Specialist
As Social Media Specialist for Investor Relations, Logan is responsible for creating content for all Social Media platforms for BAM Capital.
Logan has over four years of professional video experience and creating content across several platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Media from Ball State University. In his free time, Logan likes to ride his dirt bike, play basketball, and socialize with friends.

Ivy Villocido
Investor Relations Specialist
As Specialist in Investor Relations, Ivy is responsible for tracking and updating campaign metrics, expense tracking and receipts, CRM monitoring and management for BAM Capital.
Ivy has over four years in project coordination and management, marketing, cloud and website hosting, and cybersecurity organization.
She has her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines. She enjoys cooking, going to the supermarket, and traveling to nature spots.

Kyle Roberts
Director of Private Equity Accounting
As Director of Private Equity Accounting, Kyle oversees accounting operations related to BAM Construction, BAM Management, and BAM Capital’s various funds and joint ventures. Kyle contributes to the reporting function of over 500 limited partners and provides ad hoc analyses for the finance and investor relations teams.
Kyle is a graduate of Indiana University with a BA in Accounting and Finance. Kyle’s diverse background in multifamily and private equity group accounting, for start-up and large-scale companies, gives him the expertise needed to help scale growing companies’ accounting operations.

Jayce Everling
Human Resources Manager
Jayce Everling brings his human resources degree, passion for people, and experiences from various industries to the BAM Companies team.
After receiving his Bachelor’s of Business degree in Management, Human Resources, and International Studies from the Kelley School of Business Honors Program at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, he began his career at the BAM Companies in 2020. During his work experience prior to coming to BAM, he was able to cultivate a variety of experiences in retail, higher education, operations, and team leadership.
As Human Resources Generalist, Jayce is responsible for the hiring, development, training, compensation, and workplace culture of the BAM Companies's impressive roster of talent. Responsibilities include sourcing bright and kind individuals to join the BAMFAM, working with employee groups in an effort to implement new policies and procedures, creating meaningful opportunities for teams, and anything else that involves employment.

Kylee Kurtz
Accounting Manager
As a Senior Accountant at the BAM Companies, Kylee is responsible for the full suite of portfolio accounting functions.
Kylee oversees accounts payable, utility accounting, reserve disbursements, and renovation accounting.
She works closely with the BAM Companies' lenders, auditors, and other third-party consultants to support the financial reporting needs of the $450M portfolio of multifamily assets.
Kylee is involved in the preparation of internal company financials and assists with investor accounting and distribution processing.
With over 10 years of onsite property management experience prior to joining the department, Kylee brings invaluable expertise and professionalism to the team.
