Initial Call

The BAM Capital team will have a one on one conversation about preferences, availability, and timelines. All companies and individual investors have a dedicated account lead throughout the entire partnership.

Subscribe

To join BAM Capital, subscription documents are signed through the investor portal.

Investors can initiate the document subscription process independently or BAM Capital can send a link to electronically sign.

Accredited Investor Verification

If this is an investor’s first time investing with BAM Capital, they will need to submit a valid Accreditation Letter dated less than 90 days from current date.

Funding

The full amount of the subscription is due on the date indicated in the capital call notice, which is delivered approximately 30 days before capital is due. The capital call will be posted to the investor portal and delivered via email. Wire transfers are the only accepted form of payment.

Reporting

Quarterly Reports, K-1s, and Audit information will be uploaded directly into the Investor Portal. Specific Investor Statements are available upon request.
